Can I reserve a seat in my favorite sessions?
Reservations are required to participate in workshops on October 8th. We will not offer seat reservations for sessions on October 9 or 10; we recommend arriving early to your top sessions to ensure you get a seat.
Will there be a mobile app?
Yes, a mobile app is available for all registered attendees. Check the "Know Before You Go" email for instructions. You will also be able to download the mobile app on site.
What is the event Code of Conduct?
This community is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. By registering for the event, you are agreeing to Apollo’s Code of Conduct.
Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from GraphQL Summit spaces at the discretion of the event administrators.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual with layers is recommended due to varied weather. Bring a light jacket/coat and comfortable footwear. We also suggest checking the weather forecast prior to arriving.
Will meals be provided?
Breakfast, lunch, and unlimited coffee and snacks will be provided on the conference days. Additionally, when you register, you will have the option to select your dietary preferences.
Will there be an on-site luggage check?
Yes! Luggage check will be offered on the final day of GraphQL Summit, Thursday, October 10, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. It is located at the coat check desk, on the second floor next to the main entrance.
What ID do I need?
Access to our Summit venue requires that all attendees show a photo ID each day. Please bring yours.
Will there be a prayer room, mothers room and gender neutral restroom?
Yes! We will have a prayer room, mothers room and a gender neutral restroom on site.
When is Registration & Badge Pick-Up?
Come to Convene as early as possible to beat the crowd. Registration is at the main entrance.

How much does GraphQL Summit cost?
Early Bird (April 11-May 31) = $899
Standard (June 1-September 9) = $1,199
Last Chance (September 10-October 10) = $1,299
Are special discounts offered for groups?
Group pricing is offered for five or more attendees from the same company. Group pass packages can be purchased via the registration portal, or discount codes can be provided if passes need to be purchased separately. To receive a discount code, please email summit@apollographql.com.
Group Package Pricing:
Groups 5-9: $200 off each pass
Groups 10+: $300 off each pass
Are special discounts offered to students?
Students can receive a $200 discount off the current pass price. To receive the discount, please email summit@apollographql.com.
Can I apply multiple discount codes during registration?
Only one discount code can be applied per person during registration.
What is the payment policy?
Registration payments must be made via credit card. All major credit cards are accepted for registration payments.
Can I cancel my registration?
If you need to cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by emailing summit@apollographql.com. Cancellations received after 5 PM EDT on Friday, September 6th will be charged 50% of the cost of the current pass tier. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Hotel reservations should be canceled directly with the hotel.
Workshops
Are there training courses or workshops available at this event?
Yes, you can view the list of workshops being offered here. Workshops are limited capacity and first-come, first served.
How do I register for workshops?
After completing your registration, you can log in to the attendee portal and navigate to the workshops page. On the workshops page, you can add the sessions you would like to register for by clicking “Add to schedule”.
Travel
Can I get a visa letter?
Yes, please send your request for a letter to summit@apollographql.com and we’ll prepare a letter for you.

We do not have a dedicated room block for GraphQL Summit, but we recommend the following hotels for attendees:
